Excellasys utilizes standard industry project management
methodologies to run the project for which we are engaged.

The primary methodologies utilized are based upon the Project
Management Institute practices. This is widely known
throughout the industry as the "gold" standard for project
management.

Excellasys can provide certified PMP's which can manage the
projects that your business needs to complete.

We can also emply a large number of other methodologies
based on project and customer need. These can include LEAN,
Six Sigma and AGILE. Our staff also has experience in SDLC,
ITIL, CMM and CMMI.
